We want your Honeyfoxy to be perfect — from creation to unboxing. While our collectible dolls are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, we’re fully committed to resolving any issues should they arise.

🔄 Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

Changes happen. If you need to cancel:

• Within 4 hours of payment → Full refund
• Within 8 hours → 95% refund
• Within 24 hours → 80% refund
• After 24 hours → Not eligible (production begins immediately)

📦 What If There’s an Issue?

While Honeyfoxy dolls cannot be returned due to hygiene and custom nature, we will always make it right if:

• 💔 Your doll arrived damaged
• 📦 Your package was lost in transit
