🔄 Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)
Changes happen. If you need to cancel:
- Within 4 hours of payment → Full refund
- Within 8 hours → 95% refund
- Within 24 hours → 80% refund
- After 24 hours → Not eligible (production begins immediately)
📦 What If There’s an Issue?
While Honeyfoxy dolls cannot be returned due to hygiene and custom nature, we will always make it right if:

- 💔 Your doll arrived damaged
- 📦 Your package was lost in transit
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We’ll verify and arrange a replacement promptly.
