How do I place an order?

What is the order process?

We provide the following payment methods for your doll:

3. Production
It takes 5-8 days, depending on the honeyfoxy, to produce a doll.
4. Confirmation
We show you pictures of your doll for confirmation before we arrange the shipment.
5. Shipping & Customs
We will send a tracking number to your email within 3-4 days of your doll shipment. The delivery takes 7-12 business days. In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $200, depending on the doll. You’re responsible for import taxes and fees. Learn more about our shipping guide here.
6. Delivery & Review
When you receive your sex doll, you need to take good care of it during use and handling. Learn more about doll cleaning & care from here! If your sex doll has any defects when receiving it and has not been used in any way, we can arrange for the doll to be returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll. Read our return policy here. If you’re satisfied with our service and product, please leave us a review.
Which country are you based in and where do you ship from?
We have offices in China. All orders are shipped from China where all the sex doll brands are based, US and EU orders are shipped direct from the manufacturers.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries apart from India, Pakistan, UAE and Thailand due to sex toys been illegal and strict customs clearance.
What is the shipping cost?
Honeyfoxy offers worldwide free shipping for your convenience. There are no hidden fees, guaranteed. Duties and taxes are subject to customs controls and may vary according to the laws of the country we ship to. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.
How to get my tracking number?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your doll is ready to ship.
What shipping company do you use?
Our shipping partners are UPS and FedEx. We use them to speed up shipping and guarantee a safe delivery.
How long will it take to get my doll?
Once payment has been made, we start produce your doll within 24 hours. Your doll should be ready for shipping within 7-14 days and delivery normally takes 7-12 business days. Custom dolls can take up to a month to produce depending upon the options you chose. Most dolls arrive after 2-3 weeks of placing your order.
Who is responsible for customs fees?
Duties and taxes are subject to customs controls and may vary according to the laws of the country we ship to. Buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees.
In some countries, import taxes might be required at delivery. It usually ranges from $100 to $150 and up, depending on the doll. The buyer is responsible for import taxes and fees. We will provide the assistance you need during this process. So, you don’t have to worry too much, relax, it’s not a big deal. (NOTE: Customers in the US do not need to pay any import taxes and fees.)
Here are some of the countries in Europe that do not have to pay customs duties: Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and Spain.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. If you want to cancel your order, please send your cancellation request to honeyfoxyofficial@gmail.com as soon as possible. The following rates for cancellation and restocking fees apply based on when you notify us of this request:
Within 4 hours, you will receive a 93% refund.
Within 24 hours, you will receive an 80% refund.
Note: You cannot cancel an order for a ‘custom’ doll at any time. We cannot issue a refund for a doll made to your specifications.

Are my online payment secure?
Your privacy and payment security are very important to us!
We use the SSL protocol to encrypt all information. You can see the green padlock to the far left on the URL bar followed by ‘https://’ rather than just ‘http://’ which is non-encrypted.
Our back end (corporate) system is fully protected and we use PayPal for additional safety and privacy.
Can I use a promo & coupon code?
Yes, you can! Whenever we run promotional offerings, you may apply this advertising code to your order by typing it in or copying and pasting it into the coupon code box and then clicking the ‘Apply coupon’ button to revise your cart total.

How to use Klarna's Pay in 4 in Honeyfoxy?
Klarna's Pay in 4 is an installment option that allows you to split the cost of your purchase into four equal payments, payable bi-weekly, without interest. Each installment is automatically charged to the debit or credit card you enter at checkout. This approach makes it easier for consumers to manage their spending. Upon confirmation of your order, honeyfoxy will collect the first installment first,followed by installments 2, 3, and 4 scheduled within 14, 28, and 42 days of order confirmation, respectively.

How can I increase my chances of being accepted for Pay in 4?
To increase your chances of being accepted for "Pay in 4", consider the following:

If I cancel my order after placing it with Klarna, when will my refund be in my account?
Once Honeyfoxy accepts your cancellation or return request, Klarna will cancel any future installments and refund the amount paid. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days of the cancellation or return confirmation, but the exact time may vary depending on your bank's processing time. Please make sure you keep the relevant return voucher to track the status of your return and the progress of your refund. Can I pay before the deadline?
If you wish to pay your Klarna installment balance in advance of the due date, you can do so by logging into your Klarna account and going through the "Expenses" or "Payments" tab. This gives you the flexibility to manage your payments and settle your balance early without having to wait for a scheduled payment date.

What if I don't receive an email with my statement/payment information after paying with Klarna?
You can log in to www.klarna.com/us, where you will find all your order and payment plan information, and you can also seek help from Klarna's customer service center.
What happens if I don't pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 4 purchase at Tantaly from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.
Is there a dollar limit for using Klarna?
There are no pre-set spending limits when using Klarna. Instead, each time you make a payment with Klarna, a new approval decision is automatically made about how much you can spend with us.

2. Navigate to Purchase Power.
3. follow the prompts to check the estimated amount you can spend on your next purchase.
